Answer

You just need to add some custom style code to your Custom JS/CSS Code box:

  1. Look & Feel menuLog into your system as an admin-level user.
  2. Go to Admin Stuff > Look & Feel.
  3. On the System Wide page, scroll down to the Custom JS/CSS Code box.
    Copy and paste this style code in that box:

    <style>
    .pdisplay_light { display:none; }
    </style>

    If you don't want the dotted line border between the guide names, add this line after the .pdisplay_light line:
    .pdisplay_div { padding-bottom:0; border:0; }
  4. Click Save Custom HEAD.

If you want to display the author, but not the date, use this instead of .pdisplay_light:
.pdisplay_updated { display:none; }

If you want to display the date, but not the author, use this instead of .pdisplay_light:
.pdisplay_author { display:none; }

  1. Hello! Is it possible to maintain the Date and remove the author? Thanks a lot!
    by Anna on Mar 30, 2012.
  2. Hello Anna (awesome name, btw ;) - yes! That is definitely possible. Instead of .pdisplay_light, you'd use .pdisplay_author { display:none; }. That will hide the author, but leave the date. I'll add these additional options to this FAQ - thanks for the comment! :)

  4. How do I get rid of the "page views" underneath guide titles?
    by Erin on Sep 13, 2013.
  5. Hi Erin - You should be able to hide the "XXXXX Views This Year" by adding some CSS to to Admin Stuff > Look & Feel > Custom JS/CSS Code.

    Here's the code

    <Style>
    .pdisplay_views {display: none; }
    </Style>
