Guide FAQ - Your LibGuides v1 Questions. Answered!

When I try to save a box, I get a 'unable to load process_box' error. What does that mean?

I get an error message that states, "Unable to load process_box.php?m=richt&pid=xxx&sid=xxx status:0". Please help!

This type of error message indicates that your local firewall is blocking the POST operation when you try to Save & Close your box. Your local firewall is most likely blocking the request because because the content of your box contains text that looks similar to a SQL injection attack.

Does this sound too complicated? Have no fear, just ask your firewall administrator to see if there are any blocked requests from your workstation to your LibGuides, CampusGuides or LibAnswers URL.
