How do I add a guide to a group? Can I remove guides from a group and return them to "no group"?

Answer

  1. Head to the Guide Admin screenChange Group Assignment
  2. Select Guide Settings --> Change Guide Information
    1. You can assign the guide to a new group 
    2. If you don't want the guide to be part of any groups, select "Do not assign to group."
  3. Click Save. That's it! :)

  1. As an Admin can I move a number of guides to a new group in one go?

  2. It's not possible to move multiple guides to a group at one time (though it is on our to do list), but you can at least change them all from one place, without having to go to each guide individually. Create the new group, then go to Guides > All Guides Index and click on the blue i icon for each guide to add it to the group. - Ken
