Is it possible to have two people with administrative privileges in LibGuides?

Change user level on create account screen

Absolutely! You can have as many admin-level users as you like.

We generally recommend that you have at least 2: 1 main admin and 1 back-up.

Some smaller libraries make all of their users admins. :)

When you create a new account, there is a User Level option toward the bottom of the box. Just click that drop down and choose Admin.

If the person already has an account, go to Manage Other Accounts and change their User Level to Admin using the drop down in the table.
